Only 4 spots left! There's a group called Crossfit and what they do is Forge Elite Fitness. Things like climbing a 20 foot rope, running 800 meters, doing 20 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, resting 3 minutes, and doing it all again. "They scoff even at seemingly rigorous practices like Mysore Ashtanga yoga and marathon training." Pretty intense. I wonder what they would think of Peace Elephant? See you Tuesday!

Class for March 18
Unseen Dharamsala is a photoblog maintained by Tibetan refugees in Dharamsala, India. It only takes a few minutes to surf through the website, but in so doing you get to take a glimpse into the lives of normal, everyday Tibetan refugees. My favorite? Lhamo's friend Tashi, a great yoga master. Well... see you Tuesday!
