Starting Tuesday, October 7, I’ll be in the studio getting bendy. Won’t you join me?
I’ll be teaching two classes. The first is called Real Good Yoga: Core Edition and the second is called The 36 Yoga Moves of Swami Brahmananda.
RGY:CE is a continuation of last time, featuring breath work, a vigorous asana series to build core strength, and a calming closing sequence. If you liked it before, you’ll love it now!
T36YMoSB is a time-honored introduction to 36 basic yoga moves. The class moves at a more detailed pace and makes room for explanations of movement, breath, gaze and alignment. I encourage you to bring a pen and paper and to make study notes.
RGY:CE takes place most Tuesdays starting at 5:45PM and T36YMoSB takes place on Thursdays by announcement.
Cheers!
